This is my new challenge. It doesn't have a timeline, but its something that I want to embrace over time. I plan on keeping a page open as a daily food log. I might also open a page for a daily exercise log. Maybe I'll do a new experience page also! This challenge is based on

I felt that the 21 Day No Junk Food Diet would lead to a binge and was far too restrictive about some very silly things. Like peanut butter.
