
What I ate/drank today:
- coffee
 - fresh baked chocolate croissant
 - protein shake
 - sourdough bread, carrots, soup for dinner
 - very small piece of fudge
 
Exercise:
I did the We found Love Bodyrock.tv workout today. I also walked to and from the gym to where I dropped off my car to have it serviced, probably a 15 minutes walk each way. I only spent about 15 minutes in the gym because that workout was so quick! 39 reps in 10 minutes!
