What I ate/drank yesterday:
- homemade yogurt with coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and apricot pieces around 8:00am
- Spinach salad with coconut flakes, sunflower seeds, beets, parmesan and capers at 12:30pm.
- 2 slices of pizza around 7:30pm. ( I don't know why I ate the 2nd piece! My tummy did not like it! One would have been sufficient.)
What I didn't eat/drink yesterday:
- You know, I actually wasn't tempted to eat anything naughty yesterday. I think its because at work I don't really have access to anything delicious and tempting, and after work I went straight to the gym. I tend to feel bad if I eat sweets after I workout.
Exercise:
- Em couldn't make it to the gym yesterday, so I worked out with Misha instead. She just gave birth to her 2nd child 2 1/2 months ago, so I was super excited to help her work out. I get nervous, though, because I don't lift weights by myself, or with people who know less than I do, so we don't hurt ourselves. Instead we did a Bodyrock.tv workout: My Buns Hurt. And boy did they. By the 3rd exercise in the workout, I felt like I had just stepped out of the shower.
