
What I ate/drank today:
- water
 - yogurt
 - 1 slice of pizza
 - lentil soup, broccoli, bread (homemade)
 - granola bars x3
 - Am I eating enough? I'm not sure...
 
What I didn't eat/drink today:
- No sweets! Not too tempted!
 
Exercise:
Bodyrock.tv Let It Go! Workout plust 3 sets of the speedbag ab routine. Glad I went to the gym!
