21 Day Junk Food Free Day 12 Take 2



What I ate/drank today:

  • water
  • yogurt
  • 1 slice of pizza
  • lentil soup, broccoli, bread (homemade)
  • granola bars x3
  • Am I eating enough? I'm not sure...
What I didn't eat/drink today:
  • No sweets! Not too tempted!
Exercise:
Bodyrock.tv Let It Go! Workout plust 3 sets of the speedbag ab routine. Glad I went to the gym!
