What I ate/drank today:
- yogurt for breakfast around 8:00
- cappuccino at work around 12:30
- Spinach salad with beets, parmesan cheese, capers and red onion with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
- tried to eat a banana, but the center of it was all black toward the middle and I got grossed out. Why does this always happen to me? Oh wait, I know why. I have no sense of expiration, lol.
- carrots around 6pm as a pickmeup before gym time
- beef (I assume), baked potato and corn for dinner
- 16oz of chocolate protein shake with milk
- 3 small squares of 60% dark chocolate.
What I didn't eat today:
- Candy. There was a lot going around at work today.
- Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream which we have in the freezer. I'm still resisting.
Exercise- Back:
- Lateral pulldowns Starting at 20lbs x 10, 40lbs x 8, 55lbs x 6, 70lbs x4
- Lateral pulldowns leaning back same lbs as above
- negative pulldowns 20lbs x10, 30lbs x8, tried 40lbs but too heavy, dropped to 20 x20
- standing rows- bar 45 x 10, 65 x 8, 75 x 6, 95 x 4
- machine rows (there was a super fun fish game on the machine!), 3 minutes x 3 reps
- ropes-20 reps x3
- ab routine using P90x stays, gave up on that because I don't have good balance and finished with the speedball routine I wrote out yesterday.
