Hiking at Forest Park and REI find

I have a goal. One day I will hike all of the Wildwood trail in the Portland area. I don't want to do it all in one day, of course, but bit by bit. My friend JJ and I hiked some of the Wildwood from Springfield road and did a good 5.31 miles in a loop, according to my pedometer. We brought her puppies, so that was fun!

Some goodies I found this morning while we were looking for a trail map:

A camelbak bottle. And I also found this:

I had been looking at the Vapur bottles, but they are more like $15. I'm excited! Also, I must go into REI with a chaperone. That place is like heaven.

Apparently Yuki is not. Of course anything that isn't me petting her makes her grumpy.

I'm hitting the gym around 5 tonight. I'll have to redo week 3 of the Jamie Eason Live Fit plan because I didn't do it this week! 4th of July kind of threw off my groove. Whoops!

Completely unrelated note:

So you all know I really like bodyrock.tv. I miss Zuzana though. I found her! Apparently she has her own YouTube channel called Zuzka Light now. I'm excited! Her workouts are called zwows. Boy, the name alone will get you pumped!
