Hmmm want to do this! Who’s with me?

I'm doing this starting today, though I don't like the whole 21 days thing. I'm just going to use this as a guideline to get some of the crap out of my life and simplify my diet a bit. I've been giving into cravings lately, and since I had a little more money in my budget this paycheck, was able to give into them. That will stop. Now.

Exercise
I got up at 7am this morning and jumped rope for 20 minutes. Well, I tried really, really hard to jump rope, but I'm not very good at it yet. I'm trying to get over the doublejump that's been ingrained in my mind since elementary school. Grr. But! I was up! I got my heart pumping for 20 minutes and I got a good start to my day! YAY!!!!
