I haven't been to the gym in like 3 weeks.
Since I car pool with my mom, that cuts down on the time I have during the day to go to the gym and my friend Emilie goes in the evenings. I have been coming to work and going straight home. The only way I figure I can get to the gym is if I car pool with Joe in the mornings and just workout really early. Then my problem is that I feel like I don't know what I'm doing and am very self-conscious and don't actually go very often.
Then I'm thinking about getting the P90X system and doing that at home, where my sister will work out with me and I don't need to be too self-conscious.
I feel like I'm leaning toward getting the P90X system, but should keep my membership because the P90X might not do everything I want it to, like weight training.
I can go to the gym and do weight training in the morning and then do a full workout at night at home.
That makes sense, right?
