Last night I did a little before bed light exercise. I did the following in 1 set of five each
- V crunches
- Raised leg crunches to target the lower abs
- Crunches to target the upper abs
- Will add sit ups to target the middle
- Scissor crunches for abs and obliques
- Dive bomber pushups from Bodyrock.tv
- Leg extensions to excercise the butt
- Leg extensions and knee raises to excercise more of the butt
- Leg raises where you lean on your side and raise both your legs off the floor
- Single leg raises plus other leg raise to target inner thighs
All of those took about half an hour and I was very tired afterward. I did not do them too fast so that I wouldn't raise my heart rate and make it so that I couldn't sleep.
My sister and I are beginning to do the Bodyrock excercises. We did one on Friday and Saturday. I mean one. It was only supposed to last 16 minutes and I couldn't get through all of it because of asthma. I came back the next day and finished the last few sets. It was a really fun workout, but man, it wiped me out that first day.
