I'm currently in the land of eating from my freezer/pantry.
Today I had:
B: Quinoa with milk and a dash of honey
Morrocan Mint green tea with a spoonful of coconut oil and a couple big dollops of coconut cream. I find the coconut cream masks the oil pretty well.
S: Dried apricots
Almonds
V-8
L/D: 7 shrimp, precooked and thawed in the sink
2 pieces of my au naturale bacon
A big dollop of pesto (yum! I had never had it before, but I liked it!)
S: Almonds
Banana chips
Dried Apricot bits
A ritz cracker thing with cheese
Today was sort of a long day. I had to post the callback list at 10, class from 11-2, meeting from 2-3, meeting from 5:30-6:30, auditions from 6:30-10:15. Oh, and I woke up at 8. What a long day!
I has a kitty to calm me, at least. :D
