SILVERDOLLAR PANCAKES! Coffee, and Spiders.

I felt so great when I went shopping for food last week. One of my Winco finds was pancake mix that you just add water to for $.70. Amazing or what? I am not entirely certain of the nutritional content of this mix, but I am a college student. If it tastes wonderful and is cheap, I should probably not complain. And boy does it taste amazing! I made them all fluffy and they're soft in the middle and crispy on the outside!

One of the reasons that I like to shop at Winco as opposed to say, Wal-mart, is that Winco is employee owned. Generally companies that are owned like that tend to treat their employees better. :P Wal-mart is well known for treating their employees like shit. Hence why I am boycotting them!

Yesterday I bought some coffee flavoring syrup for home use because I noticed that I went to the little coffee shop located conveniently in the middle of campus a little too much. I figure I spent over $15 there just on coffee! Ridiculous! So the syrups and I are getting adjusted to each other and soon I will discover how to make delicious flavored coffee! I got two syrups and it was only $11.50 and it says about 25 servings per bottle. Hmm, Sierra. Go get coffee at coffee shop at $3.00-4.00 per 16oz drink, or make 50 of these drinks at home for $11.50? :) :) :)

Alysse, my current non-permanent roommate until I get my car fixed, and I are cat sitting today! The cat's name is Jasmine and she is very soft and vocal and curious! She killed a huge spider last night! It's legs were like 3in long! I thought it was a string or something, but realized differently when I got close enough to pick it up! *shudder*
