Oh man. I cried today for about twenty minutes. In front of Michael, my professor and director for next term. It was awful. I am quite stressed out right now because of my work load and the fact that it is very hard to have a social life, do homework, attend rehearsal and class and eat right. Oh and I have a boyfriend I would like to see but that is really hard to think about because I don't get to see him for two weeks.
I think that my diet is especially affecting my life badly right now. I think I am consuming too much sugar and empty calories. I am hoping that my mom will help me pare down my diet a bit. Like, what is the recommended servings of whatnot and what are some simple, cheap, interchangeable foods I can get that will nourish me?
I just saw this today, I don't know why I didn't get it before.
ReplyDeleteAre you doing better? Take a look at my post from 10/29. It has links to the food stamp challenge that Nourished Kitchen did. She provides menus that are great. Once you take a look we can talk about it. Lots of quality fat and protein with fruit and veggies.
I 100% believe that a nourishing diet can help cope with stress and a busy life.
