Even though I normally work out with Em several days a week, that can be really inconsistent depending on what we have going on. I want to become more focused and consistent with getting my body into shape. Therefore, I want to actually do the Bodyrock.tv workouts whenever they are posted, as is recommended by Zuzana and Freddy. I also want to decide between eating 5-6small meals or 3 small meals a day. I guess that depends on how hungry I am throughout the day, huh?
