Sugar is not so sweet after it's been eaten.
I just had some ice cream and I feel so guilty it isn't even funny.
And self-conscious. I'm pretty sure that thin layer of pudge on my lower abs is due to my sugar addiction. I need to exercise. I need to do a mantra.
